14-day withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Goods of proper quality must be unused, with packaging, seals, labels, full contents and the receipt. Goods made to your individual order cannot be returned as goods of proper quality.

Contact us by e-mail or phone; the manager agrees the shipping method. Return shipping of goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. Refunds go to the original payment account within the legal term, no later than 30 days after we receive the goods.

Defective goods

For defects you have the rights under article 8 of the Law on Consumer Protection: free repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. The seller pays shipping for defective goods. Record transport damage with the carrier on delivery.
