Warranty and service

Informational translation; the Ukrainian version is binding.

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty; the term and conditions are in the warranty card and the model's documentation. If not specified, the warranty is 12 months from handover.

To make a claim, contact us with a description and photos or video. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, installation or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, improper fuel, oil, refrigerant or power supply, third-party repairs, consumables and normal wear.
