What we process

Requests and orders: name (optional), phone number, product, page, comment. AI assistant: the text of your conversation and recommended products — please don't share sensitive data. Technical data: IP address (stored only as an irreversible hash) and hosting logs.

No advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers are used. The AI chat history is kept only in your browser's sessionStorage.

To contact you, select equipment and fulfil orders (steps at your request and your consent); to protect the site from abuse; to meet legal obligations.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting and database; Anthropic, PBC (USA) — AI assistant replies (API data is not used for model training); Telegram — notifications to managers; carriers — delivery. By sending a request or message you consent to this cross-border transfer. We never sell personal data.

Retention

AI chats — 90 days; requests without an order — up to 1 year; order data — for the warranty period and legal accounting terms, no longer than 3 years.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, and complaint to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Contact: brevgeniy@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
