The seller is not a VAT payer; prices on the site are final.

Ordering

A request on the site is not a contract. A manager confirms the product, price, delivery and payment and sends an invoice; the contract is concluded when the invoice is paid.

Photos and descriptions are for reference; the manager confirms current specifications and contents before payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAH, calculated from the manufacturer's EUR price at the official NBU rate, and may change. The price is fixed in the invoice.

Payment methods: bank transfer to the seller's account; cash on delivery where the carrier offers it. Delivery is charged at carrier rates unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Goods are supplied to order; delivery across Ukraine takes about 14 days from payment and no more than 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

Returns and warranty

You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection, art. 13). Manufacturer warranty applies; see the Returns and Warranty pages.

Equipment requiring installation must be installed by qualified specialists following the manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations by managers and the AI assistant are for reference and based on the information you provide; power calculations are estimates. Please confirm the final choice with a manager before payment.
