The VITO SSV550 supplies water to a house or cottage and works like a booster set, but without a pressurised expansion tank. It draws water from a depth of up to 9.8 m and delivers up to 3.6 m³/h with a maximum head of 40 m.
The smart control module starts the pump when system pressure drops (a tap is opened) and stops it once the set pressure is reached. Pressure is adjusted on the module panel, and smooth regulation keeps operation quiet.
The casing, shaft and impeller are AISI304 stainless steel. The single-phase 550 W motor has copper windings and insulation class F; the power cable is 2 m long.
