The VITO W5 is a portable power station with a 5040 Wh LiFePO4 battery and a 5000 W inverter (7000 W peak) for home backup. It runs a fridge, TV, electric cooker or grill and handles the inrush current of motors and compressors.
Connected to the mains, it works as a UPS and switches to battery in 20 ms or less. It has three 230 V outputs — two 16 A sockets and one 32 A power socket with a pure sine wave, USB-C PD up to 100 W, USB-A and a 12 V output.
It charges from the mains (full charge in up to 2 h), from a car or from up to 2100 W of solar panels, and can supply power while charging. Capacity is expandable with up to 15 extra S5-BAT batteries of 5040 Wh.
