The VITO BSS250 is a 250 l floor-standing indirect water heater for domestic hot water. It is meant to work with a heat pump or another heat source and suits a private house.
Both the tank and the coil are made of SUS316L stainless steel, with a 1.2 mm tank wall. The coil, made of ø28 mm tube, has an enlarged heat-exchange area of 2.5 m².
A 2 kW electric heater (220–240 V, 50 Hz) is built in for a quick boost. Insulation is 50 mm polyurethane foam with a density of 39 kg/m³. The cylinder is 1740 mm high and 560 mm in diameter.
